These simple terms are here to make sure everything runs smoothly and to set clear expectations for your reading. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Bookings & Payment

All readings are booked and paid for in advance through the online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your session details and video link.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the session.

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will be fully refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions without notice are also non-refundable.

Age Requirement

Readings are available to adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you’ll need the consent of a parent or guardian to book.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your reading is private and confidential. Any personal details you share will be treated with respect and will not be passed on to others.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if necessary.

Time Zones

All bookings are scheduled in New Zealand time. Please double-check your local time zone when booking to avoid confusion.
